Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tour management (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to assist passengers boarding and exiting the motorcoach
  • Capability to stand, walk, and lift light supplies in various weather conditions
  • Access to a cell phone and reliable communication
  • A genuine passion for travel, storytelling, and working with people

Responsibilities:

As a Tour Host, you lead and coordinate the daily experience for each group. Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee accommodations, attractions, meals, and schedules
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for passengers throughout the trip
  • Provide engaging commentary and destination insights
  • Work closely with motorcoach drivers, vendors, and local guides to ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintain the daily itinerary and adjust when plans change
  • Assist with small needs such as distributing snacks or organizing group activities
  • Respond calmly and efficiently to unexpected situations
  • Record attendance, track expenses, and collect feedback

Throughout each trip, you ensure guests feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. In turn, your leadership helps create a seamless and memorable journey.

Tour Hosts must demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and adaptability. Key abilities include:

  • Familiarity with smartphones, GPS, and basic travel apps

Physical Demands:
This role requires mobility and stamina throughout the trip. Tour Hosts must be able to:

  • Move about the motorcoach while in motion to assist guests
  • Walk and stand for extended periods during excursions
  • Lift and carry light snacks, beverages, or informational materials
  • Work comfortably in various climates and weather conditions

Because tours require active participation, physical awareness and stamina remain essential throughout each journey.
